Who we are

You can have an hour of our time for nothing. We'll discuss your objectives and give a brief assessment of your communications strategy and material - print, web or media releases. If we can help improve their effectiveness, we'll explain what we can do and how much it would cost.

For organisations based in or near the City of London, we can do this face-to-face. Elsewhere, we'll work by phone and email.

Self-help
As working journalists, we have been on the receiving end of many press releases and scanned thousands of web pages. We believe that organisations can do a lot to improve their communications themselves. The essential element is to write for the users' needs.
